Madonna vs Goldfrapp - The Seventh Light (Created & Mixed by MD Official)

Well this project has been something which has been some months in the making and now I'm glad to finally present to you 'The Seventh Light'.
It's mainly a mix of Madonna's 'Ray Of Light' album and Goldfrapp's 'Seventh Tree' (plus a little bit of Goldfrapp's Supernature and Madonna's 'Music'). I must say I used some outtakes from Ray Of Light too.

What is The Seventh Light

So how did it all begin ?

Well.. Madonna released her Ray of Light album back in 1998 and 10 years later Goldfrapp released Seventh Tree,two of my favourite albums.

Ever since Madonna mentioned in an interview that she liked Goldfrapp, I thought the two together would create something interested and I always wanted to make an album mixing Madonna and Goldfrapp whether it was a small EP or a few mash ups, but thanks to the people that leaked Goldfrapp instrumentals I have been able to create an amazing album full of two of my favourite artists. I never imagined it would become what it is now....

So initially I decided to mix two albums together 'Ray of Light' and 'Seventh Tree' therefore making the name 'The Seventh Light', it started to work out really well but I thought that I needed more acapellas and instrumentals other than that to make it more interesting so I also decided to refer to 'Music' and 'Supernature', this turned out to be a good move!!!

The album is two things. Moments of relaxing chillout and then extreme euphoric uptempo moments (alot like Ray of Light). I hope you like what I have created here and would love to hear your thoughts and comments, even if you don't like Goldfrapp check it out. Also there is more Madonna acapella's than Goldfrapp featured here.
